Engagement with Service Users and the Public Training Programme

A modular training programme has been developed by Bradford Council and NHS Bradford & Airedale, to provide an understanding of different aspects of partnership based engagement with service users and the public.

The training sessions are open to staff in all Partner organisations, whether in the public, private or third sectors. The programme includes the theory and practice of community engagement from working with particular groups through to designing questionnaires, public speaking and using plain English.
