Our July Green Drinks will have a topic of 'Green Politics in Bradford', including an engaging talk from leading Green Councillor Kevin Warnes.

How do environmental issues feature in Bradford Council?
What does the Council's environmental policies look like?
How can your green ideas and projects link in with the Council?

All these and more... plus the usual Green drinks networking and chat.

Starts 6:30pm (talk at 7pm).

Green Laughs Yorkshire

The Agm will include formal buisness such as electing Environmental Representatives adn an agreeing an Action Plan for the year ahead. It will also include a Forset Schools session for everyone to join in with.

The exact time and venue will be confirmed at a later date but it is likely to be held at St Ives Estate, Bingley.

Local Development Framework Consultation

The Council has issued its Core Strategy: Further Engagement Draft and accompanying documents for public consultation.

This is to support the process of preparing a new dvelopment plan called the Local Development Framework which will replace the current Replacement Unitary Development Plan for the Bradford District.

There have already been a range of public consultations on the Core Strategy Issues and Options. This has led to the production of a Further Engagement Draft which sets out the proposed approach to managing development and cahnge to 2028.
