Peter has walked the Washburn Valley for many years, using these walks to familiarize himself with the bird life of the valley. He will use his illustrated talk to convey his views and many aspects on bird study, such as conservation, behaviour and population trends, building on his experiences over the years. By the end of the evening, he will have conveyed his enthusiasm for this magical dale, and encourage members of the audience to visit and enjoy it as much as he does.
